Jonathan Nicol does it differently. Before leaving the UK and arriving in Toronto to launch his company in 2017, Jonathan graduated with a BSc from the University of East London and worked as a personal trainer for over 15 years and was tapped to curate programs at a boutique gym in Mayfair’s 5-star Claridge’s Hotel. Guided by the critical thinking of historian Thomas Sowell, Jonathan believes that no two clients should be offered the same approach. His inspiration to change lives for the better was found as a rehab specialist for cancer survivors at the CHHP, where he discovered his passion for helping others overcome all obstacles. His approach is a unique blend of strength conditioning and injury prevention making him one of the GTA’s most in-demand trainers for those interested in optimizing their performance and results.
