Daniel Warwick is the Comeback King. With a background from one of Ireland’s most prestigious universities and an MSc. Degree in Exercise & Coaching Science, Daniel’s extensive knowledge and expertise in injury rehabilitation sets him apart from most trainers. He built a strong reputation for coaching and adaptability from his experience in training national, provincial, and regional level athletes – most notably being the head of Strength & Conditioning for the Irish u20, u17, & u16 Women’s Basketball teams. As a highly accredited personal trainer, his focus is muscle mass and fat loss, but helping clients regain strength and function, specifically in the areas of lower back, knee and shoulder issues, is what he does best.
