We all need to start somewhere. Our company began with founder Jonathan Nicol who was looking to offer effective solutions and support for the unique challenges we all have with our bodies. With almost 2 decades of certified experience in the United Kingdom, Jonathan took his talents to Toronto in 2017 and perfected a personalized approach to achieving results. Now operating on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, our coaches hold an exceptional reputation internationally because we offer more, research more, and care more about training the right way.
